A kitchen cart and sink is on the shaded deck that is tenants entrance through french doors. Tenant may use a hotplate on deck cart. No access to common house area so no kitchen access or laundry. Ceiling fans in bedroom and study and floor fan but no AC. Parking on street always nearby.
